We are relaunching our live music nights with a special set on Thursday 20th November 6-8pm with singer-songwriter Ese Okorodudu of @ese_andthevooduupeople_   Fresh from the Lena Dunham Netflix series ‘Too Much’, this London-born musician singer is renowned for her fusion of soul, funk and jazz as well as fronting Ese & The Vooduu People.
Ese originally honed her craft as a busker outside Brixton tube station and in recent years has played alongside her heroes, from Iggy Pop to Cerys Matthews to Jools Holland. Jay Burnett, Producer of Grace Jones and Neneh Cherry, describes her as “the best natural singer I’ve heard in 30 years.”  Simply book in for food and drinks as usual on Thursday 20th November and enjoy.
