On Friday, 28th November, we’re hosting an exclusive collaboration evening with the incredibly talented Jemma Wilson (aka @cupcakejemma ), creator of Crumbs & Doilies, London. Known for her bold flavours, creative flair, and her cult following built from years of dedication to the craft, Jemma has redefined modern baking in the UK.
For one night only, Jemma will be joining us at LOST to create a beautiful 8 course menu @60pp alongside Head chef Jes James. Jemma and Jes will welcome you in turn with their sweet and savoury seasonal plates. This will be a unique evening giving a lucky few the opportunity to sample the delights of Britain’s favourite baker!
