Known for her bold flavours, creative flair, and her cult following built from years of dedication to the craft, Jemma has redefined modern baking in the UK.
For one night only, Jemma will be joining us at Lost to create a beautiful welcome canapé, a signature dessert, and a Bill Treat that will send you home floating. Her style, precision, and generosity in flavour perfectly align with what we love to celebrate here at Lost.
From our kitchen, we’ll be unveiling the very first taste of our Christmas Feasting Menu, crafted to highlight the best seasonal produce from the South Coast.
There will be two sittings available, 6 pm and 8 pm, and spaces will be limited. This one will be popular!
